This user agreement is a contract between you and WTMakers (also be called "WTMakers", "We", "Our" hereafter) that governs users' (also be called "you", "your" hereafter) use of their WTMakers accounts and the WTMakers services.
This user agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which WTMakers will provide services.
This user agreement describes your rights and obligations when using these services.
When deciding whether to use WTMakers services, you must read this user agreement carefully and be sure that you understand all the terms and conditions.
By opening an WTMakers account and (or) using WTMakers services, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this user agreement, so please read all of the terms and conditions carefully. You also agree to comply with the following additional policies and each of the other agreements on the Legal Agreements page that apply to you:
(i) Privacy Policy;
(ii) WTMakers Acceptable Use Policy;
(iii) Merchant Acceptance Policy
(iv) Money Laundering Prevention.
We may amend this user agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. What WTMakers provides are payment services.
You are responsible for knowing and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations within your judicial district concerning your using of WTMakers services.
All transactions will be unable to cancel or revoke once they are finished, you must make deliberate choices.
In specific transactions, if the payment you received is invalidated by refund or other reasons, the money will be probably sent back to the payer.
This indicates that the payment might be cancelled (by refund) after you provide goods or services to the buyer.
If
(a) you breach this user agreement or any agreement between you and WTMakers, or
(b) anything we believe to be detrimental to WTMakers or the safety of user accounts such as theft, fraud or hacker attach happens, we might terminate, suspend or limit your access to your account or WTMakers services,
and (or) impose limitation on your funds.
